Meet the Team
Kofi Anku
CEO
Kofi Anku, a graduate of Columbia University in New York City, has over two decades leadership experience in the Ghanaian real estate industry.
He led the development and sales of hundreds of residential plots. In 2021 Kofi completed Ayi Mensah Park, a gated community of 200 townhouses in partnership with Black Ivy llc.
Dr Maame Abena S. Mensa-Bonsu
LEGAL DIRECTOR
Maame Mensa-Bonsu completed her Bachelor of Civil Law with distinction and her PhD at the University of Oxford.
Maame has advised on real estate transactions and worked in arbitration since 2015. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts and Spanish and an LLB with First Class Honours, from the University of Ghana.
